2. Scope
These Conditions of Sale govern sales of products offered through the PetClean 360 online store to consumers.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having had the opportunity to review these Conditions of Sale before completing the purchase.
Mandatory consumer rights under applicable French and European Union law remain unaffected.
3. Products
The essential characteristics of each product are presented on the relevant product page.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and other information are accurate. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on the customer's screen or device.
4. Prices
Product prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT where required.
Any applicable delivery charges are communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed.
The price applicable to an order is the price displayed when the customer places the order.
5. Orders
The customer selects the products they wish to purchase and provides the information necessary to process and deliver the order.
Before completing the purchase, the customer has the opportunity to review the order and correct any errors.
After the order has been placed, an order confirmation will be sent electronically.
We may refuse or cancel an order where permitted by law, including in cases of payment failure, suspected fraud, product unavailability or an obvious pricing error. If payment has already been collected and the order is cancelled, the amounts due will be refunded.
6. Payment
Payment is made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
The customer agrees to provide accurate and valid payment information and confirms that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Available delivery methods, applicable charges and the delivery date or estimated delivery period are communicated during the ordering process where applicable.

If a delivery obligation is not fulfilled within the applicable period, the customer retains all rights available under applicable consumer law.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Subject to the exceptions provided by law, consumers have 14 days from receipt of the goods to exercise their statutory right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must inform us of their decision by a clear statement or by using the applicable withdrawal procedure.
After notifying us of the withdrawal, the customer must return the goods within the period required by applicable law.

9. Return Costs and Refunds
Unless otherwise required by law or stated in our Return & Refund Policy, the direct cost of returning goods following a change-of-mind withdrawal is borne by the customer.
Where the statutory right of withdrawal is validly exercised, refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable law and our Return & Refund Policy.
This does not affect the customer's rights where a product is defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming.
10. Legal Guarantees
Consumers benefit from the mandatory legal guarantees provided by French law, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, where applicable.
These statutory rights apply independently of any commercial guarantee that may be offered.
Nothing in these Conditions excludes or limits a statutory guarantee or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
11. Personal Data
Personal information collected in connection with an order is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
12. Intellectual Property
Content appearing on the PetClean 360 website may be protected by intellectual-property rights.
Protected content may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without authorization from the relevant rights holder except where permitted by law.
13. Liability
Nothing in these Conditions excludes or limits our liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
In particular, these Conditions do not restrict the customer's mandatory consumer rights or statutory guarantees.

15. Governing Law
These Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
This choice of law does not deprive consumers residing in another country of mandatory consumer protections that may apply to them.
Any dispute will be handled in accordance with the applicable rules governing consumer disputes and jurisdiction.
